Service staff was very helpful and attentive to the customer. These guys are truly interested in doing their job and they do their job very well. Hard to find in most places these days. Can't go wrong with this dealership...

It was a pleasure working with this location! I have never experienced such a great communication and fast service from a dealership before. My truck was in and out within the same day. Thank you all so much and we look forward to working together in the future again!

The office staff and mechanics are professionals. They won’t sugarcoat what needs to be done to fix your truck’s problems. They in turn won’t waste your time with unnecessary repairs. They have a great working relationship with Truck Drivers and Fleet Managers

This is by far and away the absolute best dealership in the country. I’ve been driving for well over 30 years and I have never had a dealership whether it be Mack Volvo freightliner Peterbilt Kenworth or international go out of their way above and beyond to make sure everything is done quickly and efficiently and done correctly the first time. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who has passing through Northwest Arkansas. I go out of my way to make sure this is the dealership I go to whenever feasibly possible for any service or maintenance issues. Justin in service has always taken care of me and my truck to make sure things were always done quickly and done correctly. Every mechanic or tech who has ever laid fingers on my truck at this dealership has always showed me the utmost respect and has explained everything to me that they are doing or plan on doing and has gone over things with me before they even start working on the truck. Everyone in here in the shop is very knowledgeable and well-versed in their knowledge of their job. The parts department also goes above and beyond helping to find parts whether it means hopping in their pick up truck and running to another o
